The article elaborates on the benefits and effects of praying for the hastened reappearance (Faraj) of Imam Zaman (AS – Alayhis Salam) and its impact on life in this world and the hereafter. This prayer is not only the most beloved act to God and the Prophet (SAWW – Sallallahu Alayhi Wa Alihi Wa Sallam), but it also leads to the forgiveness of sins, the transformation of misdeeds (Sayyi’at) into good deeds (Hasanat), and the acceptance of prayers. Furthermore, it causes the warding off of calamities, the descent of blessings, abundance of sustenance, longevity of life, and safety from the punishment of the hereafter. The supplicant attains the intercession of the Prophet (SAWW) and Imam Zaman (AS) and benefits from rewards such as helping the oppressed and seeking retribution for (the martyrdom of) Hazrat Sayyid al-Shuhada (AS – Master of Martyrs, Imam Hussein).<\/p>\n

This prayer gives the supplicant the guarantee of Paradise from the Prophet (SAWW) and the intercession of Amir al-Mu’minin (AS – Commander of the Faithful, Imam Ali). Also, for one who prays, it holds the reward of martyrs in the company of the Prophet (SAWW) and Hazrat Mahdi (AS), and their station on the Day of Resurrection is higher than all martyrs. Praying for the reappearance of Imam Zaman (AS) results in the presence of angels in the gathering of prayer and the removal of sorrows in this world and the hereafter.
