    • B) The lack of correlation between organizational progress and competence, and as a result, the necessity of paying independent attention to it.

2 – Challenging Principles:

    1. The principle of striving to make Hezbollah financially dependent on governmental bodies in order to control it, so that in the event of non-financial payment or obstruction of financial transmissions, or confiscation of Hezbollah’s assets in various ways, it will be rendered ineffective.
    2. The principle of striving to discredit Hezbollah’s governmentality by not finding political sovereignty, the absence of political credits, not giving the required political permits, etc., removing Hezbollah’s supporters from governmental organizations and dispersing their associates, giving governmental credits to core supporters of Hezbollah in order to separate them from the body of Hezbollah, are among the destructive policies for destroying Hezbollah.
